Dr. Wells graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his Internship in General Surgery at Methodist Hospital and Residency in Otolaryngology at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. He has been in private practice in Augusta for almost 20 years.
Dr. Wells enjoys seeing pediatric and adult patients and has several areas of focus. He speaks nationally and internationally on in-office sinus treatment (including balloon sinus dilation) and is a fellow of the AAOA Allergy Academy. Dr. Wells also focuses on the medical and surgical treatment of ear and hearing disorders, as well as conditions of the thyroid gland.
He enjoys exercise, reading and time with his family. He lives in Augusta with his wife and six children, including 2 girls adopted from China. They are actively involved in their local church, and he has served on many medical mission teams throughout the world.
